my depression has been very hard on me for the past 4/5 days and I've been treating myself with tons of food. A nice thing that I've noticed though, is that I still stop eating when I'm full :) on two occasions I bought tons of sweets and wanted to get lots of savoury food as well, but after finishing the sweets (quite a lot calorie but not volume wise) and starting to eat the savoury stuff, I realized I felt full and didn't want anymore :)) Might have gained some weight this week, but who cares, my mind is so much healthier when it comes to eating.
