So I ate just over my RDI yesterday and....got in some physical activity. I raked & cleaned up a couple of areas in the gardens. And we got in a walk before the rain came back in.

Just had breakfast & I cut up more of the ugly oranges into my fruit bowl. Soooo good & sweet 😋😊

Going out for lunch today with the Ladies lunch group. New chef at the resteraunt we chose at the Golf clubhouse where a couple of our members live. I don't know what options we'll have but the food is supposed to be good.
65,9 kg Perso fino ad ora: 12,5 kg.    Rimanenti: 4,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

I sliced the segments into a couple of peices each. It brought out the flavor. I think Moopie suggested doing that.
