A slight fluctuation upwards.

Went all out with bacon, egg, toast & fresh fruit for breakfast this morning & still came in under 400 calories.

Spent the afternoon outside....watered plants, had a long phone conversation with my daughter (2 hours), read my book, blew debris off the deck & driveway & took a walk in the neighborhood.

Dinner was Salmon, green beans & salad. Still have plenty of calories left for a tasty dessert.
64,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 14,1 kg.    Rimanenti: 3,1 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
