@ IRIN I had to try it this evening but I din't like it.The cottagecheese makes it very salty.Tcontains 0.53 gram salt per 100gramT he Dutch cottagecheese

will have to eat somethongs else in the morning, such a pity it lokked and smelled great.

IRIN maybe the Italian cottagecheese is different from our more like kwark or ricotta?

Italian cottage is completely different from Ours and even from ricotta or quark

Biene I’m really sorry you didn’t like it, it looks so delicious. Yes, probably italian cottage cheese is different, it is called fiocchi di latte (milk flakes). Next time try it with quark, I think it’ll be better, or you can mix quark and ricotta. Anyway, I’ve just made you blueberry cake with quark! I’ll try it tomorrow

Irin its not yyour fault .In Italy you just have the beter ingrediënt thans we ' vet tot heren in Holland.

Haha Biene Mays maybe not better but different for sure. Italian ricotta isn’t the same but yeah in the NL we could replace this with quark but wouldn’t used skimmed in that case as the ricotta is a bit higher in fat content

@AviaMar yes, you’ve got quark and it’s really good, I also use it for my recipes

That’s it. But what I miss is being able to make the amazing Canolli’s etc with your ricotta haha

Het ziet er heerlijk uit. Helaas kan ik er niet van genieten. Zuivel is niet goed voor mij.
