Drove back from Ohio today after a great weekend. Ate a big farewell breakfast of an egg sandwich on naan bread and some pancakes, and then hit the road. Actually ate a McDonald’s spicy chicken sandwich for lunch -- my first meal at Mickey D’s in a few years. It wasn’t great, but it was quick. Only 380 calories but 1030 mg of sodium! Ate a bunch of Brazil nuts and a ton of Greek yogurt when I got home. Ended up at 2740 calories. Did not weigh in or work out tonight. Will start all over tomorrow with a morning weigh in and the first of several 1500 calorie days.
