I'm a very ambitious, fun, intelligent 33 year old male from South Africa that aims to transform my body into a stronger and better one :) I am adopting a combination of 3 fat loss regimens : Intermittent Fasting, the 5:2 Fast Diet eating method and high protein/low carb meals on some days :)
