at least we have turned the trend that goes from gaining to losing (very slow). no much had been achieved but at least it s a sportive sign . what is strange is that I stick to a strict eating regime and good daily work out , until I lose 10 kg I can't make it with cardio , so the best it s keep on going and cut portions even though what I am doing seems ok for the dietitian as well . so the next step is the 7th of February and see what the doctor has to say . love you baby
