When I want to eat, I eat. Keeping it high fat, moderate protein and low carb. Eggs are very good for that or tuna salad with mayo.

Thank you! I also bought MCT oil and a lot of coconut oil, finally. Hope it will help me to reach higher fat. Cause I think last days I eat more protein and its not so good.
