Woke at 228.0, down 4.2 from yesterday. Broke a 60 hour fast with a premier protein drink with my supplements. Will eat a quest bar for lunch and then something light for dinner. Should be back on my average calorie goal by tomorrow. I have three after-hours events this week. Will try to keep on track. UPDATE: Came home at 227.0. Ate an omelet and some sardines for dinner.
