Hi everyone!

From today to Friday I’ll fasting in the Islamic way, let me explain...💪💜

Fasting have many benefits if done in the right way, in the Islamic way you have to follow all these rules to fasting right:
There 2 meals per day, “suhor “ and “fatir”,
the first one is before the sunrise and you should eat foods that maintain hungry, like boiled eggs, the other one is after the sunset and you should assume food that aren’t going to empty or full much your stomach.

To fasting in healthy way you should also don’t drink (even water) in the time between the two meals (when you have to fasting) and to not smoke.

Fasting have many benefits, you aren’t going to see them really easily but like everything it needs constancy.😌😉
I invite all to try it, first days are going to be a bit difficult but you can do it!💪

*In the religion it hasn’t only the reason to be healthy, but also to know how many things we have around us to be grateful, and to think about others who haven’t them, a lunar month is called Ramadan ☪️ and in it Muslims fasting.
