you so right Debs , I was doing research on lipo and tummy tuc but its so cheaper and less pain full to buy the briefs. thank you for all your positive vibes you send out to all of us.

They do work. I have a pair, no idea if they fit, bought them ages ago. Probably too big now, l live in jeans and slacks so no need for them. Maybe if I ever wore some of the dresses in my closet, I bet some of them fit again. I'm going to keep working on toning this body, I do have firm muscles now underneath that muffin top and flabby belly that wants to stick around, getting better. Being toned and fit is part of being healthy.

Deb Please be careful with that hernia. My mother has passed away (age 65 in 2008)- But I unfortunatley know about hernia operations. She had 4 of them due to other issues, long story which i will not elaborate here. But hernia's do not usually go away and they get larger. Its easier to operate on them when they are smaller, the larger they are, the worst the operation is. If you choose to get an operation or have too. Do much research on the surgeon.

Thanks for the tip on the briefs. You reminded me that I have some in the drawer that might fit now and I have a Christmas party to go to tonight that they will come in handy for.

Thanks, everyone. Did I tell you when I saw my my doctor two weeks ago that I don't need to go back for a whole year? Yes! Pam, my doctor knows about my hernia and he is not worried. I will remember to ask specifically about it the next time I see him. Which is I hope next November! Hope I stay healthy that long. :)

Thanks for this great tip Deb! I won't need it for awhile, but will definitely remember it when my time comes. I also have a hernia, that due to my collagen/skin problems has had trouble staying fixed. My last repair was around 2000 though, & this time I think it's fixed for good, especially with my continued weight loss. You're so awesome & inspirational, & I wish you all the best! (((HUGZ)))
