Woke at 209.2, down 1.4 from yesterday. Targeting about 1150 calories today to get back on average. No workout in store as I adhere to my new 'HIIT three times a week and no more' strategy for the remainder of the month. Have a great weekend! UPDATE: Worked from home on a project today so I got very little exercise in. Did another weigh in after 16:8 IF and got a 208.0. A week ago, I would have ended my fast with 90 minutes on the treadmill to get a 205 something. I will have to be patient and see how this goes.

I'm looking to see how the HIIT works out for you...I think my mindframe is similar to yours, anxious about trusting in the reduced workout time to "do the job" we're looking for. Have a great weekend!
