I love FatSecret because I stay motivated from reading the personal stories from others on this site. It’s also a wonderful way for me to stay accountable with my calorie intake. I'm a vegetarian and my goal is to take in 75 to 90 grams of protein a day. I've learned that moderation is the key for me and that no food is off limits.
