The first pic is when I weighed 130 in May 2013 I started lost a few kg, picked up almost everything but 3 kg, started again in Nov 2013 at 127kg. Picked up a lot during the holidays started again 15 Jan 2014. The first pic is at 130 kg, the second after loosing 13 kg now at 117 kg, not giving up this time. I loose 2,4 kg a month. if I loose it faster it will not stay of so I'm happy
