Hmmmmmm...this week went by quickly and I still binged in a sense. I stopped smoking in Dec. and now find that I grab for food in place of. My goal is to change that into grabbing walk, a jump on my rebounder or a yoga pose etc. etc. etc. instead!!!

Well, well, well....hmmmm...all I can say is that since mid Decemebr when I lost my job, I have gained well over 20lbs!!!!!!!
CRAZY!!! One would think that now having all the time in the world to work out etc., one would lose weight...nope not this one!!!!!
Today is a new day!!!

Well, have not been very focused, I need to eat more often, small meals. this week I skipped meals and didn't even so much as strech!

Well, this week was a stressful one! I didn't eat often enough or the right things, sooooo... 'NUTHIN' I am happy that I at least did not gain and will make sure this week I do all the right things! I am happy that my 5lb lost has me down a pant size though!

Well, I ate 5 chocolates on Valentines day...yum! I feel good so far, but need to start doing my yoga tape everyday and doing some workouts! On my days off(3 days) I have been wearing the patch to quit smoking, but then at work I don't, but smoke soooo much less...Hoping to completely quit in a few weeks. My skin looks sooo much younger when I don't smoke and do my face excersises! Good incentive to take the weight of, cuz at 47 as I lose the pounds the crows feet start appearing!
