I think the sugar from the seaweed salad is making me retain all the water I lost the last 2 days.
62,2 kg Perso fino ad ora: 17,1 kg.    Rimanenti: 3,7 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

I never heard of seaweed salad and looked up the nutrition for it. Has 74 calories per serving. No fat, no sodium , no fibre, no sugar. 5 g fat and 7 carbs. So I can't understand what would made th oh retain water from eating it.

It’s the green seaweed salad that you normally find in Japanese restaurants. There’s definitely sugar and salt in it. It’s pretty tasty, but next time i’ll eat less of it.
