Yes. My goal weight was actually 145 but that wasnt realistic. Im 5"7" so 135-138 is now my goal. Im ok at 138 but not over. Its frustrating sometimes when I slip up n have apple pie or chips when Im very disciplined most of time...im afraid 2 lbs will becime 5 and so on...💜
