LOL, just counted again finally and kept it under 3k calories barely. No donuts just Cinnamon toast crunch and some Skittles for dinner. Digiorno for lunch lol,,

That's a whole lot of water you carried for a day or two! :) Even though it is water, just once in my life, I'd like to see a drop like that. But I'm not brave enough to eat 5k calories in carbs. :)

6 pounds in a day. Only up 2 from before the weekend. Doesn't seem fair. Seems I can afford this type of weekend every week and maintain. Of course my goal isn't to maintain so I have to avoid doing it weekly lol

I did lift Monday and today. I didn't Friday through Sunday and I felt like a slug lol. Nice nips....lmao. Sorry, Peeper!
