my last weight entry from 2 days ago is gone. it was 179.' I deserve a break. I'm hungry and can't lose weight, this is BS,, and no I don't want any advice on my foods. I have what I have.
81,9 kg Perso fino ad ora: 22,5 kg.    Rimanenti: 29,7 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

I am sorry you are struggling so. I am playing with my macro's in my maintenance and I was gaining when I dropped my fat level. so going back to normal and see where it takes me. and yes you should eat but things that are good for you and your plan. don't starve yourself to try and get weight loss.

I am having the exact same issue: same weight for two months. I think I need to step up my exercise and get out my food scale. I also get out my measuring cups to get on plan. I know exactly how you feel. If I get hungry, I eat but I am going to try drinking tea or decaf coffee because I know part of the hunger is that high fat foods have low volume so they don't fill me up.

I use to eat what u wanted to eat to trick my body. Then get right back to it to get the results I wanted.

I weigh and measure everything , and my average calories for the last month or two per week have been 1000 to 1350, with a few minor cheats here and there , and I am fully keto.

My longest stall was between 170 and 180. I could never figure out why and so hard not to get discouraged - but don’t. It certainly doesn’t help. Eventually my body figured out I was not giving up! Hang in there - we are cheering you on!!! ❤️

Sorry, I know how frustrating that is! I'm new to keto, but while I was doing research I read that if you cut for too long, you will hit a plateau. Have you thought about doing a short 'bulk' period? Focusing on building lean muscle?
