This was in the morning, after fasting and a workout the scale read 135.2, different scale, wearing tennis shoes. Question now is how heavy are shoes?

I'd weigh the shoes and your normal workout clothes to get a rough estimate of how far off the other scale is. Heck I even weighed my full coffee mug so I know how much to deduct after my first cup of the day. :)

I’ll weigh myself tomorrow morning again to see if there are any changes. It could just be the difference in scales too.
