Looks like we get another calorie increase. I am sick right now, so I won't be doing a weigh in tomorrow. There are going to be a slew of medicines I'm gonna need to take, notwithstanding the daily poison I take for the MS. Cardinal rule #3: Never weigh-in after taking any kind of decongestant, allergy medicine, steroid, or even NSAID - these drugs do cause water retention :-)
