Im still eating at a deficit and keeping my carbs in check. I do have soreness from yoga, I think it’s that. Based on CICO, I should be at 129.9. I’ll take that extra half lb loss. :) 128.0 I’m coming for you!

I think so, 88 oz of water and 16 oz of unsweetened coffee. Should increase that?
