Calories and macros still on point. Had so much water yesterday aimed for 164 oz but got close to 112? Haven’t cheated, but did take a spin class...my hamstrings are so sore. More muscle soreness but I know I’m heading in the right direction. Need to keep the faith in this and press on.

Remember that worked muscles often hold extra water in the recovery phase so just a blip fro you.
