And, 137.4 it is! Most of this is water and typical post workout inflammation. I only increased the cals by 500 this week, which is substantial, but as we know not enough to make a huge dent in fat gain. Still what I am hoping is these extra cals feed the muscles. The want to grow! lol :-)
62,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 32,9 kg.    Rimanenti: 0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,7 kg a Settimana
