it was a long weekend. I ate way to much and had some beers so here I am with a 1 lbs loss but hey, Ill take it. Back to business today. On a side note, my bf decided to do low carb with me so we bought a whole bunch of healthy and even made a dinner meal plan for the week. Im excited.
