2 lbs in two weeks.. Ill take it.. finally made it to the gym today.. feeling very accomplished. I just need to tighten up my diet and Ill get where i need to be..

Goals for today
1. WATER
2. Log everything

Goals this week
1. At least 4 days of gym
2. No alcohol - yes-I need a goal for that - dont judge :)
3. No late night or stress eating
