Back from a 10-day trip to Wales and the Midlands, where I ate and drank far too much. Now 9 or 10 pounds above goal, and clothes are feeling a little tight, so it's time to lose some. I think daily weigh-ins and logging food and exercise will be necessary. I need to be strict with myself for a while!
