Still trying to recover from the bad Easter weekend and the week thereafter, but so far so good. Trying to be good for a couple of weeks to get back on track. At least I've stuck to my exercise routine so that is a plus, but lemon meringue, malva pudding and custard have made it's way onto the menu after dinner and that has got to end. Got to get back to snacking on my small portions of nuts or dried fruit! And I can't wait to taste the first oranges of the season.
