Had a fun 4 days traveling and pretty much went off program. Finally I have the courage to weigh in - so I am up 1.5 pounds. Finally got weighed after cutting back severely the last couple of days. Not so bad; and glad I waited. I think I can get it back off this week. After that, I will try to keep from splurging until I hit my 120's. Earlier this year when I was almost 160 pounds I wasted my time obsessing about the fact that there was nothing in my closet that fit. I suppose I am just as guilty of spending a ton of time focusing on my weight but in a more positive direction. I am grateful to have most of the weight loss behind me but I know maintaining will be a bigger challenge. The tendency to get complacent and forgetful scares me a lot. I never want to lose sight of the fact that it takes months to erase the damage of weeks!
