okay, I'm retaining water....too much salt. Feet swelled up today. Upping my water intake. ~ I'll up my fluid intake to 4 liters. OMG, that's gonna be tough. ~ I've drank about 3 liters of unsweet tea so far. I didn't enjoy my meals today, except for breakfast. ~ Not enough food, so I had a little cottage chese and melba toast. I'm gonna try not to eat any more tonight. I've drank about three and a half liters of tea.
