After my "fast day" yesterday I woke up this morning and weighed myself and I weighed 127.4

Today I won't have to worry about what I eat, but as usual, I'll bet it will be pretty healthy.
But if my business partner wants to go to lunch I won't have to obsess about what to order. That's how the 5:2 works. Pretty neat.

This is really working! And I feel really healthy.
