ok so up a few hundred grams not the end of the world its probably just all the red meat i've eaten over the past few days. i really should of just had the lobster liked i'd planned to i had worked all my calories for the day with this is mind dont know why i changed my mind at the last minute at the restaurant? maybe because everyone else had steak? need to be a little stronger in my conviction and work a little harder and hopefully the scales will go in the right direction (fingers crossed) am currently out travelling for work which makes things a little harder than normal as cant plan as well but as long as i'm careful right? although i really do love spatzle and paprika cream sauces and meat dumplings......must stay strong!!!
