Diario di DO N OK, 10 nov 20

Would have -Could have- Should have- just kept my mouth shut and not eat foods that make me gain weight quick...Time to get on scales, needless to say my exercise regime has not been up to par as it rains almost everyday and night, and I'm eating to much everyday and night, Got to get back on plan !!!
101,2 kg Perso fino ad ora: 92,5 kg.    Rimanenti: 3,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Don't worry you can do it just take it one day at a time and do your best don't put to many high expectations on yourself you will definitely fail if you do be blessed
