@jenny, thanks..upped my protein so I think it's helping me feel full longer.

Oh yeah that will do it loving my protein and I been eating more of it too I eat like two meals a day i know I should eat three but sometimes I don't feel hungry after breakfast so I skip lunch so I make sure I get my protein in my breakfast and dinner meals and sometimes I throw in a protein snack like almond's or sunflower seeds something like that so it's all good be blessed
