Diario di qapl, 20 set 13

i'm very happy that the numbers didnt go up today. Yesterday was hubbys birthday and we spent the day in town so i had less control over my food intake and had to wing it a little. We didnt do too badly and i got in lots of walking which helped with the calorie burn. he must of been a very good boy the last year as the weather here was lovely which made our walk all the more pleasant :0) i'm thinking that i am going to have to start adding some new exercise into my routine but not sure what to do just yet. i am really not a gym bunny......
