Diario di Nikina70, 25 set 13

Worked out this morning to Jessica Smith - great free workout videos available on You Tube. This morning's one was 40 minutes long and I really suffered. Made me feel a bit bad that I had to catch my breath so many times as I've been doing these workouts now for almost 2 months. Missed Monday now for the past two weeks though, but otherwise I still feel good. I would love to get down to 72 kilograms again although my main goal os 70kg and that just seems so far away and hard to reach!
72,9 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0,3 kg.    Rimanenti: 2,9 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,3 kg a Settimana
