Diario di Nikina70, 08 gen 21

This week I did 2 x 30min YouTube total body strength workouts, a 7500 step walk on Thursday and a 40min upper body push workout today. Also did the same walk on Sunday morning. Happy with that.

We've decided to do two walks a week so I'll aim for three YouTube strength workouts for now.

Only 200g weight loss is not great, but if I keep that going I'll be at my goal in 25 weeks and hopefully there will be some better weeks. Also, sometimes my weight is lower on a Saturday so will take a look tomorrow. Will aim for 1700 daily average calories this week, but if I don't make it that's fine. My birthday is coming up in 3 weeks time so I'll try to be good until then before some serious cake happens.

Took some measurements today and my waist is the lowest it's been since September so that's good. Still aiming for a flatter belly area, which I'll hopefully achieve again this year. It made a brief appearance way back in 2017.

You're doing so well. Keep going! I'm also waiting for my stomach to flatten. I'm definitely seeing a difference in the upper abs.
