am very happy with this weigh in today its not a huge drop in weight but after an indulgent weekend i'll take it! we did very good food wise but catching up over a glass or two (ok bottle(s)) of good red wine i might have pushed the calories in up a little :)

Focus is on hitting the next mini goal of 80kg by Christmas. This should eb doableits a little over 3.5kg in 6 weeks I can..no I WILL do this
