damn!! i knew i shouldnt have had the Pizza and Fries last night but after a hectic late day at work and then voting there was only 30 mins of my IF window open and no time for cooking something so we went with the easy option bad bad me :0(

The downside a 400g weight gain...the upside i hope its just food and fluids due to the high salt and general amount of food i ate yesterday

Anyhow..today is a new day i will work harder to ensure that things stay on track and it will all average out eventually right?? Today i found some good Thanksgiving recipies so we should be ok for keeping the intake low next week (we celebrate the American Football here!) will throw in some low cal days anyway just to make sure

Some of that will be water from the sodium in the food. Take out food always has tons of sodium.
