Anyone with the right diet will have a BMI of 23. The important thing is not to lose weight in a short period of time. Let's go slowly✨ ▽<|b✨

Thanks ❤️ I just hate to see that red line. But I know it’s my fault. I’ve been stressed and emotionally eating.
