Woke AT 209 #, WOW WHAT A RIDE, HAVE NOT BEEN TO GYM since Christmas, Had a pacemaker put in which was out of the blue, with a few complications, just got released and will be heading back to gym after Easter and now can play pickleball. Son moved out, so no one is there, going to take popcorn ceiling out next week, daughter and family down. so lot going on. Life goes on and I'm DO N OK finally !!!

Yes, play pickleball again for exercise. It will get you outdoors and some fresh air and sunshine. The sense of community will do you some good too. The sooner you restart, the better as long as your Doctor(s) have cleared you.

Happy to hear from you. I am an open heart nurse. Glad that you are well and looking after yourself. Easy does it, you will get back to exercising real soon. When I had my popcorn ceilings removed they were in and out in an hour. Could not believe just how easy it was. Right tools, right people for the job.

if you're doing it yourself, wear a mask and safety glasses, those ceilings are much dirtier than people think which is also the best reason ever to get rid of them. BTDT, used a shop vac and a scraper. went fast tho.
