Now, there won't be any cal increases this week with this weigh-in. I have a 4600 cal surplus day coming up next Saturday. It's mama's b-day. I never couch cal increases before a surplus day for obvious reasons being the surplus day often rounds it all out and brings the weight back up to maintenance range 112-114 lbs.
Next Saturday's surplus day is going to include "Surf & Turf". Fried Calamari - here I come!
