Diario di qapl, 06 gen 14

Well i kind of had a month off over the holiday Season but am now back to normalitity (at least for this week) and am back firmly in the saddle. it was such a test getting on the scales this morning. this is the first time i've weighed myself in a month, to say i was pleasantly suprised is an understatement!!!!!

So over the Holiday Season i have gained a total of 300g this is excellent news for me. I havent recorded, weighed or noted my food intake or calorie burn. i really believe that this has become a complete lifestyle change for me and not another fad diet where my weight will yoyo around depending on whether or not i'm sticking to it. i am so proud of myself that this just gives me even more determiation to reach my goal weight. Another 4.2Kg to go i KNOW i can do this especially if i continue with all the support from FS :0)
