This weekend was beautiful out but a bust for me. No hike and no fun activities. Too much life responsibilities for in the way. I’m wondering if the stress is also making the eating more difficult to control.
64,8 kg Perso fino ad ora: 2,5 kg.    Rimanenti: 1,7 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Aumentando 0,9 kg a Settimana

@ride I’m sleeping but that’s cause I take something to help me sleep. I get migraines when I don’t sleep well for more than 2 nights. But yes stress does make everything worse.

Ugh, stress creates more cortisol .... the weight gain hormone 😫

Tandtr- I wanna blame that but I know part of it is the stupid cinnamon rolls I haven’t been able to co trim myself from eating. It was stupid of me to buy them and think if I froze them I’d treat myself to one on my carb days but since I got them everyday has been a carb day
