A small setback, but considering the eating I did this week I was not surprised. I didn't have my normal salads during the week and I splurged on burgers at least 3 times and pizza twice, not to mention a small bowl of ice cream. Any 1 or 2 of these things would have been fine, but not all of them this week. Even though I still average low enough caloric intake I should have lost at least a little, the bad foods won out. A little exercise might help up my metabolism and put me back on track. Just need to try harder this week...
