Diario di DO N OK, 01 set 21

Woke at 220 ,College has started and I have Knots in my stomach each and everyday for the last 2 weeks as the students are crammed in classes wearing mask about 2 feet apart,we already had covid cases and seems more are coming daily and administration keeps adding more students to the rosters. I teach Professional Culinary Arts & Hospitality and Nutrition and Wellness. Have been eating good exercising less as my trainer is in Europe and I hope he come's back soon as I need to get in gym,was moving furniture and walking 11,200 steps. My WOE seems to be on point for me, never look at calories, only carbs and IF, but still need coffee and cream,every morning, went to Spanish restaurant only ate Avocado and steak..I'm sure when ALL the school Cafeterias opens up, I will balloon up and I'm DO N OK !!
