Diario di qapl, 24 mar 14

god only knows how this drop in the weight occured today! i spent a very bad weekend muncging away in carb city. yesterday i "punished" myself with a whole carton of Ben and Jerrys ice cream. i only meant to have a couple of spoon fulls but ended up hitting the bottom of the carton before i know what had happened. i knew i should have put it into a bowl but we were enjoying an evening on the coach and scooping from the carton is so much more fun on nights like these.

Today i must do better and reduce the carb intake otherwise these final few kilos will be the death of me!!!!!
