Woke at 212# what a night , did a 24 hour fast, not that I wanted to, but my stomach has been giving me fits lately.Severe cramping etc, I'm sure it is from previous surgeries, tried to take care of it but, said only it was a emergency, so it flares up once in a while, could not eat and did not want to, will see what happens tomorrow, And I'm Do n ok !!!
