Well, another small setback but I am not too concerned. My poor eating in the last 3 days has taken a toil on my weigh-in, but mainly my late dinner last night. I'm sure results would have been different without dining at 9:30pm. Well, back on track, gotta add in the exercise or I'll stay on this slow plateau. Goals are still within reach, so just focus!
156,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 13,8 kg.    Rimanenti: 20,2 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
