god only knows how i managed to drop those last few hundred grams with all the lovely Italian food i have been eating the last few days!!!!

Although i have found out that i do actually like to "run" except that running in the warm Italian morning sunshine around the park just in a long sleeve top was VERY different to the close to freezing jog with my winter coat on this morning!!!!!!
